2008 E92, MT6, carbon slick top, EDC. 151k. I am the second owner. Originally a TX car sold by advantage bmw, houston. clean carfax. Purchased with 63k miles. Throttle actuators replaced under extended warranty at 65k, drive shaft replaced under warranty at 83k. Full rod bearing service done by RRT in Sterling, VA at 100k. Brand new Valve covers powder coated in wrinkle black, w/new gaskets, @105k. Oil filter housing gasket replaced at 115k, with all new OEM bolts, belts, tensioners, etc. New water pump, radiator hoses, power steering pulley done at this service as well since we were already there. New OEM radiator and new OEM radiator fan replaced at 135K. BRAND NEW Conti extreme Sport plus rubber on Advan 19" wheels. 255/35 ZR 19 fronts, 285/35 ZR19 rears. Can provide all receipts and documentation as well as photos.
Performance mods = Turner test pipes, AFE airbox, turner skid plate, turner 2 piece floating front rotors w/ turner braided lines and ceramic pads. Installed brand new full front control arm set from ECS when we did the rotors.
Issues needing future attention= Second oil drain hole was cross threaded and has since been rethreaded, but you will have a slight leak if you do not use permatex white at every oil change. Pesky O-ring steering rack leak needs to be addressed at some point as well, but nothing serious. Car drives and steers just fine. Stops much better over stock. Headliner is starting to fall and needs to be redone. Steering wheel leather at the top of the steering wheel is cracked over time. A/c needs to be serviced and refilled. Needs new bump stops for the front struts. I was waiting to do this with a full suspension from kw or ohlins, but never got around to it due to a medical issue.
