Well, not sure about the conversion rate, but as far as leases go...if the S5 is currently leasing at ~ $1,000-$1,200/mo. for 3-yr./36k mi. (MF .00325), then this RS5 will be at ~ $1,600/mo...ha ha.
No thank you; I'd rather have an Porsche, a CPO'd Aston Martin or Ferrari for that kind of $$.
