I'm just a bit confused with the messaging from BMW. On the one hand you've got the 1M that is faster in a straight line and around a track than an M3, but the M3 is double the price. sure looks count for something but double?
If its just the body choice, then you might as well get a 335, same e90/2/3 body choices as m3. In standard form its a better dd than a torqueless m3 and spend 500 on a chip and again faster than an m3, not to mention the joke lounge seats in an m3.
So where is the market for an M3? Cant be badge buyers cause they can get the same badge for 1/2 the price? Cant be performance buyers cause again they can get better for 1/2 price? so whats left
