This sounds like something a competitor dreamt up to steer people to their own products.

Larry isn't that kind of guy, and you can always email him personally, he's always responsive.

BUT. It's my personal belief that, short of a clear bra, EVERYTHING wears off. We haven't heard any complaints for 3 reasons:

- it hasn't been on a car long enough
- the car is babied - ie garaged, covered, washes weekly, etc. so extreme conditions don't touch the paint.
- it's worn off long before the advertised time frame.

This is just from my personal experience, but all my friends that have done this have newer cars, or leased the cars and they are long gone. Either time frame is to short. I'd say a proper test is to buy a car, apply it, daily drive it for 10 years, then see how the paint is vs the same car without it.

As I've stated previously, my E92 was almost 9 years old when I sold it and it was perfect using just AMMO stuff, but it was babied. However, my 328 also used AMMO and that had 120k in 4 years. I've attached photos from the day I sold it- I know it's hard to tell from the pics but I believe doing things the sealant way works.
