Like any modeern vehicle the mileage doesn't much matter if it was properly maintained. The F150 is a great truck. Stay away from the 6cyl & 4.6L V8 as they are grossly underpowered. The 5.4L is a great motor. The XL trim is the most basic work truck. No frills. The XLT has a few more bells & whistles. Then there are several special editions like HArley, King Ranch, etc. Most just amount to more options and nicer interior.
