The M3's return line is a bit smaller than the reservoir's, so a step-adapter is needed - which can be obtained at any local auto parts store.
Tom, #1 in diagram, is it all I need to prevent such leak. Any other parts needed? I went to my dealer and they said its a part from the 335. They checked and showed me that 2012 & 2013 m3's have the same PS reservoir.
