I haven't read every single syllable posted by jeff, but he has come across to me to be objective. The fact that he has gone to the dealership to collect visual information about the condition of the car has been a plus, and I am sure, appreciated by Ken.
Just because he hasn't drank the cool aid is not a reason to hate.
