The smell in a garage is not terrible but certainly worse than with primary cats. That is not the issue for me. I have never smelled any odour when outside or driving around.
The reason I would not do this again is the added full throttle rasp that the test pipes introduced. I find it just a little much. This is likely due to me getting older . Just driving around, the test pipes are fine. And on the highway at 85MPH, sounds great and has no drone.
Probably going to try to find a nice X-pipe with high-flow-cats for next year.

What you want to do is pair your dinan exhaust with the dinan catless midpipe, you will still have the smell but sound will be drastically improved. The only way to find one though is used, took me several months before one popped up for sale in california.
