Regardless of the accident, the price seems high to me. Last spring I picked mine up with 62,000 miles with 6MT and Interlagos blue (arguably options that increase price) for ~$29k. I think you need to decide how much that "warranty" is worth to you.
Edit: The ad calls out 359M wheels but those are 220M on the car. Just a note
