every single e90m3 i looked at recently (about 10) had some sort of minor damage to the body on carfax. It depends on the wording, if its a collision, vs just body damage. But yeah, not a single car i ran carfax on was squeaky clean, and all priced above what this dealer is asking, and none had a warranty. just food for thought.
