I just signed up for it after realizing that it's either spend 50 bucks and get the battery replaced or fork over 249 for either a new nano or new video IPod - and let me tell you it's quite tempting!

i had this done to two of my ipods. they basically just gave me a new ipod each time. since i have gotten the new ones they have been better but the nano has a better battery imo.
