Unfortunately that part is only available from BMW. You can carefully pry it open and there is a replaceable bearing inside, but I've never been able to locate the internal bearing for sale (post it if you can find it). I found my internal bearing to be in good condition at 50k miles before switching to GC street camber plates which have a similar, but smaller bearing. Some on here have suggested to open the bearing, clean it out and re-grease the ball bearings. Here is what it looks like inside:
