What's the most you've ever spent on a car (before mods)?
The M3 is a special beast. It definitely seems to hit the "sweet spot" for many between price and performance. For a lot of us here, it's a car we aspired to and may be one of the most expensive cars we'll ever own. For some, it's just another pony in the stable, or even their "beater".
Whether you buy new or used, vote in the poll, and let's hear what other cars you've owned that you felt were definitely worth the price of admission, and how they compare to the M3. Also, any cars you've owned that didn't prove to be worth the cost?
