I've used the Betalink k1 and k2. K1 is one part and has like a 2 hr curing (depending on temp), while k2 is a two part and cures reeeeally fast. Probably you have k1. That doesn't mean it's easier to take it off. This product is used by BMW so its good at adhearing. The bonding will break on its weakest point which probably is the bonding between the paint and the bumper, instead of the splitter and the paint. This thing really sticks to paint and to ABS or CF. Sorry to say it but repainting the bumper would be a must. Paint will be damaged 99% of the time, unless they use drops. Try a heating gun and the solvent. Last option will be to pull whatever you can and going and sand the rest. Sorry for the bad news.
