Take a wire brush on a dremel end to the hubs, back of the wheel, and spacer faces to ensure a perfectly smooth connection? Quality spacers installed right on a clean hub/wheel shouldn’t shake, but they can exacerbate something.
I had the shakes too. Went away with new tires road force balanced. Added spacers and still buttery smooth now.
