For me I have experienced this 3 times and it's during initial drives and the car hasn't warmed up yet and I go over some small speed bumps <15-20 mph and my gears skip 2, 4, 6 after I get passed the bump

Then I pull over, turn off and on the motor, I'm all back to normal
Its possible that you could be experiencing this type of internal failure. First you need to make sure other parts are in good condition. for example your drive shaft flex joint, center bearing, engine & transmission mounts and also check for DCT codes and Updates. once you ruled all these possibilities is when you should remover your DCT and perform and internal inspection. this needs to be done by a professional thats had experience with these types of transmission.
