Cop asked me why I did not shoot the perp? I said stealing my car is not punishable by death. The next day when I saw the damage to my cars interior, I wished I had shot him. LOL

In some states, NM for example, I've been told the car is an extention of the house but I think one would have to be in the car and threatend to justify blowing away some scum bag. Would you have been charged for killing this fool in Florida if you would have shot him from outside the car? I mean your life wasn't theatend but your property was about to get stolen. Just wondering. You should have though, but then you would have to clean bits of brains from your car! Good job though putting this basterd on his knees. Good thing the cops where already there.
