Hold your horses on these photos folks. Turns out I printed the template with my acrobat set at "fit to page". I just reprinted the template to "actual size" and it looks like you would require a spacer to fit the CP9660 behind the 219M wheel. Dang.

Also, I assume the rear would have more clearance so did not check it.
