Had my car at the dealer four (!) weeks for a DCT leak fix but turned out they used wrong oil (which I noticed and claimed). Car back to the dealer waiting since almost two (!) weeks for BMW Germany to provide instructions on a proper fix.
BMW' cars are awesome. Some improvements on customer support (incl dealer training) in addition to even more importantly QA improvement, and we're all happy...
