Interesting..........so when you reset the oil mileage meter (supposedly when you change out your oil)...does the ECU measure the oil level and establish that as the baseline? So then recalculating a min/max from that baseline?
Sounds plausible, but then I could see the oil readings being totally off if your tech pours in too much (or vice versa) on the initial fill.
