Additional Comments: Was a rough relationship with the service department at first, then I found AJ, who will actually listen when the client happens to know what they're talking about. Now the relationship is smooth as silk, purchases go well, service is attentive and responsive, rarely try to pull B.S. and when they do, I simply explain how/why what they are claiming isn't accurate and they'll make it right.
