In NYC, fagetaboutit.. all the cars are dinged yers will be too..
but in NJ just
1) park as far away as you can in isolation
2) find a FAT spot where doors from either side cannot "possible" hit you
3) park next to equally or more valuable cars than yours
4) park next to "well-taken care of autos"
