It's completely traction dependent.
1SICKM did 2.9 seconds on the VBox with drag radials and a line lock.
My 911 which makes about the same peak power as my M3 did 2.7 seconds (accel G's of 1.22 and 60 ft time of 1.68 seconds) on Saturday at the drag strip (have never taken my M3 to the drags) and I was spinning the tires for the first 20-40 yards. So I'm sure with a perfect launch on heated slicks someone could get a 2.5 with the ESS 625 kit.
On street tires, 3.5 is probably as good as you're gonna get so great job. Although I have no idea how that guage calculates 0-60. The only tool that anyone will believe is a VBox because it provides data on the slope, etc.
