For corporate work I'd shoot for free till they are satisfied with what they have but I'd charge licensing on all the photos they actually use.
Up to you, if you're comfortable with $150 hr then sure. If it was me I know I'd charge more. Then again, if you ask for too much they might go elsewhere for them. I guess the real trick is to get them to want YOU specifically instead of letting them commission a photographer to shoot for them which happens to be you.
