this sucks, I don't want to sound like a broken record, but definitely take legal action and contact BMWNA regarding the issue...and provide the screen shots as evidence...see what they say b/c even though every dealer is owned by a individual BMWNA is "suppose" to set the rules...I would contact BMWAG also....goodluck
