I'm pretty sure your car has the issue with the battery cable connection to the fuse box behind the glove box. You should tow to a BMW dealership and have them address the battery cable technical service bulletin. They should fix it for free under that TSB.

Also before you tow, you need to lift up/remove the dct knob leather cover/boot and use a screwdriver or stick to move it into neutral.
