FYI - I have one of those caps for my HydroFlask and it leaks badly. Make sure to test it out before trusting it!! |
They have some sort of warranty but yes I did leak test my other hydro flask I brought at REI before I placed it on its side with water in it. The 32 ounce flask is too wide to fit in the bottle holder in the F30 door pocket just FYI so I used the thigh extension fully extended and placed the flask in the "slot". Works okay unless you have a passenger. I do tighten the cap pretty good when closing.
