Depends on the offset of the wheel. The Factory 220M wheel is a +23 offset in the rear. Use that as a guide.
The width "9.5" is done in inches and the offset "+23" is done in Millimeters.
That may help you with your measurements.
For reference most people on here run a 9.5 in the front and a 10.5 in the rear.
