12 sec/min seems like a reasonable difference, but I guess it depends on how far you want to push things in the rain. I think, generally speaking, on a dry track with non overheated tires, R1s will probably give you about 1-2 sec/min over the PS2s.

I meant to ask you if you ever ran those tires up front because if you did, and if you are not running camber up front, that might be why they got corded like that.
