You could always get yourself a onestopelectronics INPA cable and download a copy of BMW Standard Tools (I.e. ISTA P/D, INPA, NCS Expert, etc.)

I will warn you however getting the programs set up and running properly requires a fair amount of effort and knowledge of PCs and using the programs requires research.
