19x10 ET25 with 275/30/19 and 19x10.5 ET22 295/30/19 would be best for what you are looking for.

Fronts are ideal, but rears not so much. Apex doesn't make 19s for the rear with the best offsets. ET25+ would be much better for a 295. You can run 285s instead, but there isn't a great selection of tires in that size. I had that setup on my old M3 and fitment was flush.

The fronts will be a problem if you have suspension larger than stock. Otherwise it's fine

Rears may slightly rub at first depending on how low you are. After a few hundred miles it goes away.
