This sounds like a relatively good deal, especially if the warranty is included in that price. ZCP cars certainly seem to be demanding a premium as these cars get older, but for reference, I sold my 2011 AW E92 M3 ZCP with 84k miles, DCT, CF roof, original bearings and throttle actuators, for $27k back in August.
