Boo that stinks, BT audio is important to me as well. BT audio for the M3 came out in mid-late 2011. Build dates from September 2010 the combox became available. You can retrofit it if you're willing to pay but it’s damn expensive. You can also get the tune2air, I’ve read that it sounds pretty good.

Yeah my car was built May 2010 but my friends E90 has tune to air and its amazing. So I opted for that and then I'll do the retrofit in the future. Looking to do the OEM Exhaust mod in the next week or two. Getting spacers for free (15 all around but idk whats the best size to go for a flush fitment) and $100 swift springs from a friend.
