Well i succumbed to the bearing hysteria and proceeded with changing my bearings. I purchased BE in the first group buy but haven't installed until now. I will have these old bearings in my hands on friday when i pick up the car.
2008 with 71,800 miles:
Replacing with BE + OEM bolts
Doesn't look as bad as some others seen here. But i think there are signs of oil starvation
