with the 11-99 they are a lot of FAKES out even on ebay and craigslist selling for 500-1000... which is stupid.
plus when a cop pulls you over, they will ask you if you have the membership card from 11-99 to see if your plate is legit.
most cops knows about and are aware about the fake once and they are good at looking at it...
