The hottest temperatures we get here in the UK are around 32degC.
Cars performed exceptionally well in these climates with high humidity. You have to drive consistently very hard to get to around 125degC oil temps and beyond.
Even a stock car gets really hot really fast.

For those in the middle east things get really hot even stock. That is where we recommend people upgrade the oil coolers. Radiators not so much as oil temperature is a big problem stock on these engines.
