Hi. Recently suffered the loss of my E90 M3 (will have to do a long post on that shortly).

In the market now for an E92 M3 and wanted to confirm the location of the VIN labels on the trunk. I recall there was a VIN tag on the inner side of the trunk....but don't have my old car in front of me to verify.

Can one of you guys confirm on the VIN tag locations on your car? I've done a few searches already and saw an old post where it was a bit inconclusive beyond the VIn tags on the driver side door and hood.

From what I can recall:
1) VIN on driver side area
2) VIN on the windshield lower area
3) VIN stamped onto the chassis (passenger side strut tower)
4) passenger side door?
5) Trunk?

Trying to buy the vehicle remote...so any help you can share would be appreciated.
