yah, on the D3 forums there are posts about estimated release time frames. Most agree on 2010 at the earliest, probably pushing 2011 knowing Blizz. The devs have already said most of the character creation and the mathematics behind the environments are set, now they just need to create content.
As for SC2, they were guessing anywhere from winter/fall 2009 all the way to 2012.
