Think about it this way, a track day is very expensive activity if you consider all the costs, say you are there for a two day event and at the first session you get a part failure.
Now you can either have the part handy and attempt to fix it, or you are toast.
I have two Actuators from Abdul sitting on the shelf as of this last Sat. I have 20 track days coming up and I am not taking a chance on a part that has been repeatedly failed.
Just to inject another perspective. Not saying I am right, or you are wrong.

Makes complete sense due to your driving. For a garage queen or DD there may not be a pressing need to stock up on parts. Who would have thunk it that TA's are getting so much publicity here lol.
Throw up a vid if you have any GoPro footage because who doesn't like watching track vids?
