As a result of a discussion stemming from the SE Michigan Cars & Coffee thread, I am starting this topic separately to explore the possibility of E9X/M3Post Private Open Trackday at Waterford Hills roadcourse in Clarkston, MI, sometime in June- Aug.
Based on my prior experience with such an event, here are some details for
weekday rental:
No more than 15 cars
Gate will open at 10,00am On track from noon - 4:00pm
Rental Fee ~ $1,800.00 per day (est for 2022 CY -payable by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard)
Insurance - Included in rental fee
Workers - 3 @ $75.00 each (Bring $225.00 cash to pay workers)
No ambulance
No Wrecker
No concession Stand
Tech inspection is on the driver.
I will send a note to them regarding their availability and rates for this year and update the cost.
Expect the cost for participation to be between $135-$200 for 4 hours of unlimited (technically
)track-time, based on headcount.
