Assuming not a joke the RB panic is getting out of line.

First, welcome and congrats to the car! Driven E90 ZCP daily since 5 years, still thrill every single day jumping in my car. Not even a lamp bulb have broken on me this far! Regular maintenance sure, nothing forced though.

Hurts me to see you feel forced to keep under 2k RPM due to scared for RB failure. 2k isn't even a healthy RPM level for this engine soon as you put any load on but different story. Things is while most shells are coming out with some level - some bad - of wear, engine failure due to RBs are very rare. Tons of (worn) shells has come out by now, they can clearly handle a fair bit of wear before spinning. I.e. if you don't have some specific reason to expect crasy abuse etc, drive happy and plan your RB replacement in time.

Had mine done at 37k. They came out with a tad wear but nothing alarming at all. Still nice to have them done sure.

Again, congrats to that amazing wagon!
