I have seen people run 18 x 10.5" wheels squared with 275/35/18 tires. I don't see how it makes any sense to run 20 x 10.5" wheels square. It's probably possible but your 20" tire sizes are severely limited. A 275/30/20 will be too tall for the front, a 275/25/20 doesn't exist (to my knowledge) and the sidewall would be ridiculously short, a 255/30/20 will be waaaay stretched, a 265/30/20 might work. Overall just a silly pointless endeavor IMO. 20's suck on e9x M3's. The car is not set up for a wheel larger than 19". Porsche 991 and Nissan GTR work with 20's because they are designed for a larger overall diameter tire. Note that the aspect ratio on the 20" wheels put on the above listed cars is equivalent to 19" tire aspect ratio on the M3. There is a loss of performance if the tire sidewall gets too short.
