Be aware that when resetting using Perfekt Toolkit, you need to reset all the points. So if say your rpm is reading 500rpm low and you want to increase it by 500rpm, you cannot just set a new zero and expect the gauge to adjust the rest of the points accordingly. You will need to reset each of the rpm points individually.
At the end of the day, it's probably better to reopen the cluster and re-set the needle.
