ZCP + spacers + aggressive tire combo... advice/guidance needed

I am swapping out my PS2 tires tomorrow, and I am debating which set-up to go with. I am currently running a 12mm spacer up front, and 5 in the rear. However, I do plan to run a 10mm spacer in the rear, and I am at the stock ZCP height. Right now, I have 285/30/19 rears and 255/35/19 fronts, with no rubbing, no problems. LOVE the handling & feel compared to stock.

Many might think I am crazy for switching out these PS2s that I just got, but one of the rear tires developed a bubble, and I am going to have to pay $500 to replace the rear tire. I have had bad luck with tires, and I just can't foresee myself spending $500 every time something goes wrong on top of the original $1500 I spent (I know, I should have thought about this earlier, but I ordered them in a rush and didn't think it through). Plus, this provides me with an opportunity to try out some ps2 "alternatives" such as the vreds or hankooks. I would love to try out the ad08s that everyone praises, or even the re050a pole positions, but from what I understand tread life is horrible on those tires.

Anyway, onto my question: I am deciding between the hankooks and vreds... I would go with the same sizing in the hankooks, but I am unsure what size I would need to run with the vreds as they do not make a 285/30 tire. I have read on here that some had rubbing in the rear with the 275/35 setup when combined with aggressive spacer set-ups. Will I run into rubbing problems with this tire in the back? Am I better off going with a 255/35 fr and 295/30 rear setup if I go with the Vreds (I know I will run into understeer issues)? Or how about a 265/30 and 295/30 setup? Again, I don't want to run into any rubbing issues. I do not plan to lower the car further, but I definitely intend to run 12/10 spacer setup.

Cliffnotes: Running zcp wheels at zcp height and plan to run 12/10 spacer setup... which tire combo should I go with:

1) 255/35 & 285/30 Hankook evo v12
2) 255/35 & 275/35 Vreds
3) 255/35 & 295/30 Vreds
4) 265/30 & 295/30 Vreds

Thanks in advance! If anyone wants my PS2s (fronts less than 20 miles, one rear with less than 1k), please pm me!
