Hey I'm in Norcal but I have a 08 LCI converted e92 m3. checks all those boxes; 6mt, AW, black interior, premium sound, but no zcp. RB TA and valve cover gaskets done plus other maintenance and ext mods like wheels and spoiler. Otherwise OEM. PM me for details
