Picked them up from a local who was selling them as he was moving on from the M. I had them stripped and a 3 stage powder coat applied: chrome, a second color, and an automotive clear, all from
www.powderbuythepound.com. The effect is a black silver when the light hits it right. I then had the same things done to the aftermarket lug nuts and lock nuts ($120). Following that, I disassembled the center caps,
had the rings blasted, and then painted them Alpine White. The centers themselves I had hard anodized to withstand the rigors of road use.
I then hit up EAS for some custom (appropriate) sized decals. The results:
