Combine that with the holidays and many of the workers are just not showing up for work. I was told that they are operating at about 70 - 80% staffing even on the best of days for the past few weeks..
So truth be told, until the holidays and this labor union dispute is resolved, it throws all shipment from Bremerhaven into limbo.
