I can't answer for cosmos, but I like think the current leasing factors for the M3 are awful. This is not surprising since they always are for new models, even worse on new, high-demand ones. As a compare, my $58K MSRP GS was snagged for mid-$700's, 15K/yr, $0 down except for normal signup stuff. When they want to move cars, they get aggressive with lease factors. It will be awhile before they do anything on the M3 IMO, but it will come down some. More than likely never will get crazy low since a steady demand should always exist for a lower production model.
