Congrats on the 991. I've had mine for close to a year now, and I love it more now than ever. The manual is just so direct and the clutch is weighted nicely. I'm sure you're going to love your car!
Also, i'd recommend you not bother with the spacers. You can get aftermarket 5mm spacers for half the price.
