It really should come up though the port on the side of the seat the same way that the harness belt does.

The GTS has an extra wide hole in the seat for the 3 point latch to happily fit through properly. Doesn't seem like any aftermarket seat has that  |
A standard Profi XL is what's in the M3 GTS and the lap belt holes are large enough to allow the receiver to sit inboard. I had profi XL's in the past and routed them that way.
